Job summary

Private Advertiser in General Trias, Cavite, is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse inventory clerk to manage finished goods stock, transfers, and space allocation.

You will coordinate with shipping, perform monthly counts, and compile weekly and monthly reports to support planning and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has a college degree, solid math skills, proficiency in Excel/Word, and proven organizational and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• College graduate with at least 2 years of warehouse/inventory experience.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Leadership potential and readiness to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Schedule finished goods for transfer to and from the warehouse.
• Prepare and compile weekly and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with shipping personnel on inventory transfers for delivery.
• Keep the storage area organized and accessible.
• Manage stock including space allocation, item status, and non-conforming items.
• Conduct monthly physical counts and settle variances.
• Maintain stocks with required buffer items.
• Collaborate with Planning Department to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.

Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for scheduling finished goods items to be moved to and from FG

Warehouse.

Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting.

Coordinate with shipping delivery personnel regarding inventory transfer of finished goods that are ready for delivery.

In charge of keeping the storage area organized.

Accountable for ensuring effective, safe, accurate, and timely stock management including space allocation, stock transfer, the status of items, and dealing with non-conforming items.

Conducts monthly physical counts and settles variances.

Responsible for maintaining stocks for those items with required buffer items.

Working closely with the Planning Department to ensure adequate stock levels.

Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be a college graduate with at least 2 years' work experience

Must have good mathematical skills.

With basic computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Strong organizational, time management and leadership skills.

Can start ASAP.
