Job summary

Changhong Technology PHL Corporation seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to train, supervise, and evaluate a warehouse team in Batangas. You will assign workloads and oversee receiving, packing, loading, storage, and dispatch of materials, ensuring accurate packing slips for shipments.

Responsibilities include keeping 5S standards, maintaining a safe work environment, and supporting recruitment and training of FG Keeper.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a similar subject.
• Material and inventory management may be advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise and evaluate warehouse employees and assign workloads.
• Receive, unpack, pack, load, issue, store and deliver materials and equipment; complete packing slips for shipments.
• Assist and motivate the warehouse team to perform tasks as per responsibilities.
• Support KPI monitoring to achieve targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees; assign workloads to warehouse workers. Receive, unpack, pack, load, issue, store and deliver materials, textbooks, supplies or equipment; complete packing slips for shipments as assigned.

• 1.To assist, leading, and motivating the warehouse team in order to do their tasks according to their Job Responsibilities.
• 2.Supervised warehouse Finished Goods (FG) Department.
• 3.Support in achieving the required company quality standards ensuring both internal and external customer satisfaction by ensuring of the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are monitored and targets achieved.
• 4.Gathering ideas for improvement.
• 5.Ensure safe working practices are maintained, non conformances are challenged and counter-measures are agreed and well-implemented.
• 6.Assist in the recruitment process and responsible for training of FG Keeper for the processes within the section.
• 7.Support, comply and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, the Company Handbook, Quality and Environmental standards, and all other Company policies and procedures.
• 8.Maintaining a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment, enforcing good 5S condition to all the warehouse areas at all times.
• 9.Perform other task as maybe assigned by the immediate superior.

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT

Education

• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Training

• Material and inventory management – may be advantageous but not required.

Work Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a similar subject.
