Qualifications

• Proven track record of supporting sales growth.
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Competent in sales reporting, forecasting, and planning.
• Demonstrate initiative and adaptability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• High integrity and professionalism.
• Located in North Luzon area (residing in Tarlac or Pampanga).
• With Drivers License.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned Luzon territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and integrators.
• Support the Regional Sales Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Demonstrate initiative in expanding customer base and improving sales performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation standards, and reporting deadlines.
• Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, highlighting opportunities and challenges.
• Conduct product presentations, farm visits, and technical demonstrations to promote feed additives.
