Job summary

Ergode, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager - FBA Bulk Buy to own end-to-end operations for assigned brand accounts across major marketplaces. You will ensure listings health, inventory flow, and campaign optimization while aligning with cross-functional teams.

You will combine operational discipline with commercial sense to drive listings, pricing, and performance, coordinating with supply, marketing, and design to hit brand targets.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years hands-on experience in e-commerce brand or account management
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central
• Experience with FBA operations, inventory planning, and catalogue management

Responsibilities

• Own the FBA Bulk Buy process end-to-end, inbound shipments, inventory health, and fulfillment issues.
• Manage assigned brand accounts across Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, Flipkart, Meesho, and more.
• Create and optimise product listings to maximise search rankings and conversions.
• Plan inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock.
• Execute pricing strategies, deals, coupons, and campaigns; monitor ROI.
• Track revenue, TACOS, rankings, and ROI; generate reports and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with marketing, design, supply chain, and operations; document SOPs.
