Achieve Without Borders, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Specialist - E-Commerce to drive growth across our online channels.

You will manage listings, pricing, imagery, and promotions while coordinating with marketing, merchandising, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth online operations. You’ll analyze performance data, identify opportunities to improve customer experience, and own key e-commerce initiatives from planning to execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E‑Commerce, or related field.
• 2+ years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or marketplace management preferred.
• Hands-on with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify or similar platforms.
• Understanding of e-commerce campaigns, listings, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Support management and growth of e-commerce and digital sales channels.
• Maintain and optimize product listings, pricing, images, and promos.
• Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, promotions and seasonal initiatives.
• Monitor online sales, traffic, conversion, and product performance.
