MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Quezon City, is seeking a Fax Management Specialist for onsite night shift. You will manage all incoming faxes, attach to patient charts, and route to the right staff quickly.

Key Responsibilities

This role is responsible for managing all incoming faxes by accurately attaching them to the appropriate patient charts and routing them to the correct staff member in a timely manner.

In some cases, the agent may be asked to locate specific documents or information requested by staff members. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced medical office environment.


Required Skills And Knowledge

• Basic computer proficiency, including navigating electronic medical records (EMR) systems.


• Ability to accurately review, categorize, and route incoming faxes.


• Basic understanding of medical terminology and common healthcare documents, including:




• Referrals


• Durable Medical Equipment (DME) orders


• Home Health orders


• Consultation (Consult) reports


• Medication refill requests


• Laboratory and imaging results


• Other clinical and administrative medical documents




• Ability to identify the appropriate staff member or department for each document.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when attaching documents to patient charts.


• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.


• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
