Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Marketing, Fashion, Fine Arts, Retail Management, or related field.
• Preferably 2–4 years of Visual Merchandising experience, ideally in cosmetics, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or specialty retail.
• Strong creative eye combined with commercial and strategic thinking.
• Good understanding of cosmetics, beauty trends, customer behavior, and retail environments.
• Experience in VM planning, planograms, store zoning, campaign rollouts, and multi-store execution.
• Strong planning, organization, and project-management skills.
• Able to interpret sales information and translate commercial priorities into VM actions.
• Comfortable conducting frequent store visits and overseeing physical VM execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop VM calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, promotions, seasonal events, and key commercial periods.
• Plan visual merchandising concepts and executions in advance for timely rollout across stores.
• Translate global VM guidelines into locally relevant, commercially effective executions.
• Develop strategies for product placement, store zoning, category adjacencies, focal points, and customer journey.
• Identify opportunities to improve store productivity through stronger product visibility and presentation.
• Develop VM strategies for standalone stores, shop-in-shops, kiosks, pop-ups, and outlets.
• Ensure consistent execution of brand standards across all locations.
• Conduct regular store visits and VM audits with actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate changes in displays based on launches, promotions, inventory, and priorities.
• Support VM needs for new store openings, renovations, relocations, and events.
• Plan VM requirements for launches and campaigns, including POSM, testers, displays, and graphics.
• Coordinate production, allocation, and deployment of VM materials to stores.
• Monitor VM materials and suggest replacements or improvements.
