Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitors departmental sales vs. target daily and identifies causes of poor performance, recommending solutions to Regional Manager
• Proactively seeks customer interactions, builds relationships with top 100 customers and resolves complaints
• Explains display standards to sales clerks and ensures items are arranged properly, areas are clean, and fixtures repaired if needed
• Daily checks on team knowledge (product, promos, store layout/services), appearance (uniform, posture, grooming), and demeanor (greeting, spiels)
