Job summary

Warner Music Group in the Philippines is hiring a Social & Community Operations Executive to grow and nurture fan communities, channels and digital spaces where fans engage with artists. You’ll help ensure fan journeys are intuitive and rewarding by maintaining digital pathways that connect artist ecosystems.

You’ll provide insights on community sentiment to artists and the business, manage daily moderation and content scheduling, support fan events and activations in the Philippines, and

Qualifications

• Experience in social media management, community operations, or digital marketing within music/entertainment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multi-artist timelines and budgets.
• Familiarity with digital channel hygiene, CRM data collection, link tracking, and community moderation best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily moderation, fan interaction, and experience of artist fan communities.
• Oversee social content scheduling across official label and artist pages.
• Maintain channel hygiene and upkeep of public surfaces (websites and social media).
• Provide insights to business about happenings in artist communities.
• Support fan events, activations, and community-building in the Philippines.
• Assist campaign manager with project management and planning.
