Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Platform Associate Resident Consultant to lead planning, deployment, and support of the Falcon platform for strategic customers. You will manage the deployment lifecycle from initial engagement through optimization and follow-on support.

You will serve as a technical advisor, work with customer IT teams, and travel up to 25%. A Bachelor's in CS/IT/CE and 2 years IT deployment experience are required; scripting and cross-platform knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/CE and 2 years IT deployment experience.
• Experience with Windows, Mac, Linux and deployment tech.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical advisor for strategic customer accounts.
• Deploy and optimize CrowdStrike Falcon platform.
• Collaborate with customer IT teams and develop deployment collateral.
• Support both incident response and forensics deployment workflows.
