What You'll Do

• Design, develop, test, and support an Internal Platform which features, services, APIs, and integrations.
• Build scalable and maintainable solutions using Angular, .NET, and modern development practices.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver business value.
• Participate in technical design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Contribute to modernization initiatives, security remediation, automation, and technical debt reduction.
• Support production deployments, issue resolution, and application stability.
• Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices.
• Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools to improve development efficiency, quality, testing, and documentation.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including planning, refinement, estimation, retrospectives, and demos.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Experience with C#, ASP.NET Core / .NET, Angular, REST API development, SQL and relational databases
• Experience working with: Git, CI/CD pipelines. Docker, Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of: Software architecture and design patterns, Secure coding practices
• Application performance and troubleshooting and Automated testing practices.
• Experience delivering software in Agile environments such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies to improve software delivery and engineering productivity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Experience building cloud-native or distributed applications.
• Experience with Azure or AWS.
• Experience with workforce management, scheduling, forecasting, capacity planning, or contact center technologies.
• Experience with NICE IEX, NICE WFM, Genesys, Verint, or similar workforce management solutions.
• Experience with application security and secure SDLC practices.
• Experience mentoring developers or leading technical initiatives.
