Echelon Risk + Cyber in Mexico City is launching a CrowdStrike Training Program for early‑career cybersecurity professionals. The program builds expertise across the Falcon platform and related security modules, with hands‑on onboarding, deployment, and client engagements.

You will assist in configuration for Falcon modules, participate in security assessments, and work with senior consultants to deliver technical projects and customer workshops.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant cybersecurity or IT security experience.
• Familiarity with the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and core concepts (EDR, threat detection, endpoint security).
• Proficient in professional communications with clients.

Responsibilities

• Participate in CrowdStrike-focused onboarding and training.
• Assist with onboarding, deployment, and configuration of endpoint security solutions.
• Support security assessments and reviews against best practices.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to deliver client engagements.
• Document findings and recommendations for clients.
• Engage in customer meetings and workshops; provide professional support.

This opportunity is designed for early‑career professionals with approximately 2 years of relevant cybersecurity or IT security experience who are looking to grow their expertise within the CrowdStrike Falcon ecosystem.

What You Will Do

• Participate in a structured CrowdStrike‑focused onboarding and training program designed to build expertise across the Falcon platform. Upon successful completion, apply acquired knowledge and skills to deliver CrowdStrike Professional Services engagements.
• Support implementation and configuration activities for CrowdStrike Falcon modules, including:
  • Falcon EDR
  • Falcon Identity Protection
  • Falcon Cloud Security
  • Falcon Next‑Gen SIEM and related modules
• Assist with onboarding, deployment, and configuration of endpoint security solutions in client environments.
• Support security assessments and review customer environments against security best practices and standards.
• Assist in monitoring and troubleshooting endpoint and security platform deployments.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and engineers to deliver technical projects and client engagements.
• Participate in customer meetings and provide professional support during workshops, implementations, and technical discussions.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to help identify risks and recommend security improvements.
• Assist in documenting findings, recommendations, implementation activities, and client deliverables.
• Support configuration and management activities related to:
  • Endpoint security
  • Identity and access management
  • Cloud security
  • Vulnerability management
  • Security policies and controls
• Continuously build technical knowledge through internal training and certification opportunities.

Your Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• 2 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, security operations, systems administration, technical consulting, or related IT security roles.
• Familiarity with the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and core concepts related to:
  • Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)
  • Threat detection and response
  • Endpoint security
• Strong client‑facing and consulting mindset with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
• Professional working proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in fast‑paced environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Applicants must have authorization to work in Mexico.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands‑on exposure to CrowdStrike Falcon administration or implementation activities.
• Exposure to Microsoft 365 security technologies.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices such as:
  • NIST
  • CIS
  • MITRE ATT&CK
• Previous experience in consulting, managed security services (MSSP), or customer‑facing technical roles.
• CrowdStrike certifications are a plus:
  • CrowdStrike Certified Falcon Administrator (CCFA)
