Job summary

UNIPACE CORPORATION (GAISANO CITY MALL) is seeking a Factory Manager to oversee the food manufacturing facility's operations, ensure production efficiency, quality, and safety, and lead a production team in Cagayan de Oro. You will drive continuous improvement, manage inventory, coordinate with quality and maintenance, and ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years supervisory or managerial experience in food manufacturing, bakery, commissary, or FMCG operations
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO standards, and food safety regulations
• Experience in production planning, inventory control, and warehouse management
• Familiarity with commissary equipment operations and basic maintenance is an advantage
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach, and develop teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for process improvement and root cause analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledgeable in labor laws, occupational safety, and food industry compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and operational reporting
