About the role

This role involves planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing processes, as well as managing staff and resources to optimize production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring the production process is cost-effective and runs efficiently
• Estimate production costs and manage budgets
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure products are designed for manufacturability
• Oversee the production line and ensure the smooth running of processes

About you

• Graduate of a 4-year course with a degree in engineering, manufacturing, business management, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience gained in FMCG company, preferably food category
• Previous experience in a production or operations management role, preferably in a similar industry (FMCG)
• Proficiency in production software and tools (e.g., ERP, MRP systems)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• In-depth knowledge of production management processes and tools
