United Steel Technology (STEELTECH) Int'l Corporation in the Philippines seeks a skilled supervisor to lead daily manufacturing and production activities. You will assign tasks, monitor output, and ensure adherence to production plans.

The role requires a college degree and manufacturing/food industry experience, plus leadership, safety awareness, and strong communication. You will coordinate with multiple departments and uphold SOPs while driving improvements.

• College graduate with relevant experience in manufacturing/food industry.
• Experience in managing and leading people.
• Knowledge in manufacturing, quality and safety awareness; hazard identification.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving and time management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead daily manufacturing and production activities.
• Assign tasks based on production requirements.
• Monitor production output, quality, manpower, and work schedules.
• Ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
• Ensure employees follow SOPs and company policies.
• Monitor product quality and address quality issues or abnormalities.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Quality, Maintenance, HR, and other departments as needed.
• Ensure proper handling, usage, and control of raw materials, supplies, and finished products.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidates must be a College Graduate
• With a relevant experience in Manufacturing/Food industry
• Experienced in managing and leading people
• Candidates must have a knowledge in manufacturing, quality and safety awareness, hazard Identification.
• We also prefer someone with good communication skills, organizational skills, attentive to Detail, good problem-solving skills, and manages time efficiently.

JOB SUMMARY:

• Supervise and lead daily manufacturing and production activities
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on production requirements
• Monitor production output, quality, manpower, and work schedules
• Ensure that production targets and achieves deadlines
• Ensure employees follow company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions
• Monitor product quality and immediately address quality issues or abnormalities
• Conduct regular inspection of work areas, equipment, materials, and production processes
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Quality, Maintenance, HR, and other departments as needed
• Ensure proper handling, usage, and control of raw materials, supplies, and finished products
