Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an experienced facilities engineer to manage operation and maintenance of core building systems in the Mumbai site. You will oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and associated infrastructure, ensuring uptime and regulatory compliance.

You will implement preventive maintenance programs, supervise engineers and service providers, and monitor energy usage to drive cost savings.

Qualifications

Experience in operation and maintenance of critical building systems.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with service providers.
Experience in budgeting for technical services.
Strong knowledge of energy conservation and sustainability practices.

Responsibilities

Manage operation and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, DG sets, lifts, water treatment plants, and BMS.
Implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
Troubleshoot issues to minimize service disruption.
Supervise technical staff and outsourced providers.
Prepare duty rosters and ensure SOP adherence.
Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs; coordinate renewals or escalations.
Develop and monitor energy and water conservation initiatives.
Prepare regular reports on technical operations and asset performance.
