Job summary

You will respond to employee and client requests, assist with records and budgets, and help drive workplace experience initiatives while upholding health, safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1-3 years of facilities management experience.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily facility operations, maintenance, and work orders.
• Manage vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery.
• Provide facility support and respond to employee and client requests.
• Support workplace health, safety, and compliance requirements.
