Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Performs cleaning, maintenance, and basic repairs on facilities and equipment, such as cleaning floors, fixing light fixtures, and maintaining landscaping.
• Operate and maintain various systems like water, gas, and electrical lines, respond to emergencies, and keep detailed records of their work.
• This role requires a high school diploma, mechanical aptitude, physical fitness, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• With SSS, Pag-IBIG, TIN, PhilHealth, NBI.
