Job summary

CXperts is seeking a motivated Facilities Technician to support the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities. No extensive experience is required as training will be provided, and candidates eager to learn will thrive in this role.

You will assist with preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and coordination with vendors while maintaining records and ensuring safety compliance. This entry-level position offers hands-on training and growth opportunities in facilities management.

Qualifications

• High School/ Vocational / TESDA / College graduate requirement.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior work experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or building maintenance is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to learn and undergo training.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on-site and perform physical tasks when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance and repair of facility equipment and building systems
• Perform routine inspections of office facilities to identify maintenance needs
• Support preventive maintenance activities for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Assist with minor repairs, painting, carpentry, and general upkeep tasks
• Help monitor facility cleanliness, safety, and functionality
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when necessary
• Maintain maintenance logs and records of completed work
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures
• Perform other facility-related duties as assigned
