Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a Multi-Skilled Technician in Taguig to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.

You will support energy management, review work orders, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while following defined procedures under supervision. The role requires a high school diploma or trade school certification with 1-2 years of related experience and the ability to lift heavy loads up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job‑related experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and meet physical requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic work routines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs.
• Work with available systems to manage and track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
• Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Report violations to Management.
