Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Multi-skilled Technician in Metro Manila to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems. You will assist with installations, review work orders, and help manage energy efficiency across facilities.

The role requires a 1–2 year related experience, a high school diploma or trade diploma, and the ability to lift heavy loads. Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills are important.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and perform physical tasks.
• Basic knowledge of work routines and standards.
• Good communication skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and perform repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time and materials for repairs.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems run efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Report violations to Management.
• Follow established procedures to solve straightforward problems under supervision.
