Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Multi-skilled Technician in Metro Manila. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems as part of facilities management services.

This role requires visiting and servicing multiple building assets, ensuring energy efficiency, safety compliance, and timely completion of work orders. Candidates should have NCII and 3+ years' FM/engineering experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Graduate in facilities management or engineering is required.
• NCII certificate is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in facilities management, engineering or maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and perform repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time/materials needed for repairs.
