Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. seeks a Multi-Skilled Technician at McKinley Hill, Taguig. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems to ensure optimal operation.

The role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function, supporting facilities management and energy efficiency, with a shifting schedule including weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Diploma in Facilities Management or Engineering is required.
• NCII Certificate is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in Facilities Management, Engineering/Maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems (Electrical/Mechanical/HVAC).

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections and diagnose problems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time/materials to complete repairs.
• Support energy management to ensure efficiency of building systems.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Report violations to management.
