Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a facilities maintenance technician in General Trias, Cavite. The role requires at least 1 year of experience in related field and involves monitoring equipment, performing basic repairs, and ensuring safety standards.

You will handle preventive maintenance according to a 52-week plan, respond to service requests, and perform minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and civil tasks as needed. The position is permanent and full-time.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of working experience in facilities maintenance.

Responsibilities

Monitor and ensure critical facility equipment is in good running condition via daily checklist.
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs and perform scheduled maintenance per 52-week program.
Comply with safety procedures and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Receive and respond quickly to service requests and report findings to Facilities Support Lead.
Perform minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and civil works as needed.
Inspect facility and identify maintenance needs with recommendations.
