Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a diligent maintenance technician to perform general and preventative tasks at a Batangas site. You will handle routine upkeep, assist with HVAC and electrical systems, and coordinate with contractors as required.

The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, basic carpentry and plumbing skills, and the ability to respond to site emergencies after hours. Lipa Batangas assignment, permanent full-time with standard benefits.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience as a maintenance and repair technician.
Can do basic carpentry repairs & paint retouch work, basic plumbing repair works
Can respond to site emergency calls on out of office hours
With good employment record
Amenable to be assigned in Lipa Batangas

Responsibilities

Performs general and preventative maintenance as requested and ensures completion of all work in a timely fashion.
Perform maintenance that include such items as: general cleanliness of windows; doors/exterior building, plumbing, lighting, moving furniture, maintaining facility grounds, HVAC maintenance
Coordinates major work with contractors such as air conditioning, heating, roofing, electrical, lighting and plumbing.
Performs annual inspections and preventative maintenance inspection, including filter changes on HVAC or AC units.
