II-VI Laser Enterprise Philippines, Inc. seeks an experienced Facilities Supervisor to manage and maintain building systems, lead a team of technicians, and ensure safe, efficient operations.
You will troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, coordinate with contractors, and develop preventive maintenance plans while upholding ICARE values.
Perform advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Conduct regular inspections of facility systems and equipment to identify and address potential issues before they
Oversee the operation of critical facility systems, such as heating, cooling, lighting, and security systems etc.
Manage and monitor automated building management systems (BMS) to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Lead and mentor a team of junior facilities technicians, providing guidance and support in performing their duties.
Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services, ensuring quality and compliance with contractual agreements.
Ensure that all maintenance and repair activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
Maintain and update facility documentation, including maintenance logs, safety records, and compliance reports.
Plan and execute facility improvement projects, including renovations, upgrades, and energy efficiency initiatives.
Respond promptly to facility-related service requests and resolve issues efficiently.
Communicate effectively with facility occupants to address concerns and provide updates on maintenance activities.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of facility systems and equipment.
Analyze system performance data and adjust maintenance strategies as needed.
Act as a key contact for emergency situations, providing immediate response and resolution to facility-related crises.
Participate in emergency preparedness planning and drills to ensure readiness for unforeseen events.

Education: A 4 years Technical Course (Mechanical /Electrical Technology)/Technical School Graduate (TESDA/DUALTECH - NCII or equivalent)
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior technician role.
Skills: Strong technical knowledge of building systems and equipment, excellent problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in using maintenance management software.
