Job summary

Colliers International Philippines, Inc. seeks a Technical Assistant to support day-to-day operation, maintenance, and reliability of building facilities across project sites. You will collaborate with the Technical Manager/Engineer to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.

This role performs preventive maintenance, assists with audits, prepares maintenance records, and delivers strong tenant service while supporting documentation and compliance activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge in power systems, preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, electrical safety, and technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for assigned sites and respond to service requests, technical concerns, and operational issues.
• Assist in operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and monitoring of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, fire protection, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance activities, and minor repair works to ensure optimal facility performance.
• Participate in technical audits and site assessments, identifying maintenance requirements and operational improvements.
• Respond to emergencies and assist in resolving building and equipment-related issues.
• Prepare, consolidate, and maintain maintenance reports, operational logs, troubleshooting records, and other required documentation.
• Assist in the filing and maintenance of ISO quality records and other compliance-related documents.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing tenant and occupant concerns promptly and professionally.
• Provide administrative and coordination support related to building operations and maintenance activities.
• Serve as reliever for technical personnel when necessary.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
