Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed EE/ME with 3–4 years in facilities/building management.
• Meet physical requirements (stooping, standing, lifting 50 lbs+).
• Analytical judgment from multiple information sources.
• Willing to adopt new perspectives on solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and inquisitive mindset.
• Solid math skills for percentages and ratios.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, and control systems.
• Ensure building systems comply with codes and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program to improve efficiency.
• Assist preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for safe storage/disposal of hazardous materials.
• Review inspections of fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Apply standard principles to deliver innovative solutions.
• Lead and coach others within the function.
• Promote CBRE RISE values and teamwork across the facility.
• Work within broad guidelines and communicate difficult information.
