Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Engineer in Makati to maintain facility systems and equipment. The role covers preventive maintenance, repairs, and support for installations, with focus on energy efficiency and safety compliance.

You will review work orders, estimate resources, and guide teams while upholding CBRE RISE values. Prior supervisory exposure is preferred for this on-site position in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 4–5 years of related experience preferred.
• Must be able to meet physical requirements (stooping, standing, walking, stairs, lifting 50 lbs+).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, and other building systems and equipment.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders; estimate time and materials; manage work orders and track completion.
• Support energy management to ensure systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect new or existing installations for building code and safety compliance.
• Apply advanced knowledge to solve complex tasks and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across related disciplines.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values; build consensus and drive outcomes.
• Explain difficult or sensitive information to stakeholders.
