Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Taguig is seeking a Facilities Site Lead to oversee daily operations of client facilities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and optimal performance. You will manage budgets, coordinate maintenance, and serve as a trusted advisor on workspace matters.

Lead a team, optimize vendor relationships, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with workplace strategies and sustainability programs. On-site role supporting diverse client environments in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in FM/Engineering/Business or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in facilities management or building operations.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of assigned facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety systems, and building automation
• Develop and manage facility budgets, track expenses, and identify cost‑saving opportunities without compromising service quality
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs, ensuring all systems are maintained to manufacturer specifications and regulatory requirements
• Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service provider, negotiating contracts and monitoring performance against agreed service levels
• Conduct regular facility inspections and audits to identify potential issues, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high operational standards
• Respond to emergency situations, coordinating appropriate resources and communicating effectively with stakeholders throughout the resolution process
• Lead and mentor facility staff, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer service
• Prepare reports and presentations for clients and senior leadership, providing insights into facility performance, project status, and strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support workplace strategy initiatives, space planning projects, and sustainability programs

What your day‑to‑day will look like

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in facilities management, building operations, or related field
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety equipment
• Proven experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, and service level agreements
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members at all levels
• Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel between sites as needed

Preferred qualifications

• Professional certification such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Facility Management Professional (FMP), or equivalent
• Experience in corporate, commercial, or institutional facility management environments
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and green building certifications (LEED, WELL, BREEAM)
• Project management experience, including coordination of capital improvements and renovation projects
• Familiarity with building automation systems and IoT‑enabled facility technologies
• Experience working in a client‑facing service delivery model
