Advance Food Concepts Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Facilities & OSH Coordinator to oversee daily building and safety operations in Metro Manila. You will coordinate maintenance, supervise contractors, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on facility management, safety, and environmental practices, with responsibilities for waste handling and cost-saving utility management, requiring strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
1–3 years facilities management or safety experience, ideally in manufacturing.
Knowledge of OSH standards, waste management, and environmental compliance.
Familiarity with DOLE, DENR/EMB, BFP regulatory requirements.
Safety Officer certification/training preferred.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word).

Responsibilities

Monitor daily condition and maintenance of buildings, offices, utilities, equipment, and common areas.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with contractors and service providers.
Conduct regular facility inspections and report defects, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
Monitor utility consumption and propose cost-saving measures.
Maintain records of facility maintenance, repairs, inspections, and contracts.
Assist in OSH program implementation and ensure safety policy compliance.
Monitor waste segregation, storage, handling, and disposal.
Coordinate with government agencies as needed.
