Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks an experienced facilities and project management professional to lead renovations, fit-outs, and infrastructure initiatives. The role requires driving projects from planning through completion, managing scope, budget, and schedule while supervising contractors and teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities operations, building codes, and safety standards, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 6 years of facilities, construction, or PM experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of facilities operations, project management, building codes, and safety standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee facilities improvement, fit-outs, renovation, and infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and resources for timely, cost-efficient delivery.
• Supervise contractors, consultants, and project teams ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Monitor preventive maintenance programs and recommend facility improvements.
• Prepare project reports, maintain documentation, and provide updates to management.
• Drive continuous improvement in facilities management and engineering processes.
