Job summary

Savills Philippines, Inc. in Manila is seeking a Property Officer to oversee daily property operations, ensure equipment reliability, and manage safety and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate with tenants, security, and contractors, lead preventive maintenance, monitor budgets, and drive energy efficiency.

On-site six days a week, you will build strong relationships with landlords and stakeholders while ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam).
• At least 3 years of working experience in Property Management.
• Willing to work on-site.
• Amenable to work six (6) days a week.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily property operations to ensure equipment reliability, minimal downtime, and efficient utility usage within budgets
• Conducts regular inspections of facilities and monitors equipment performance and operational conditions
• Ensures cleanliness, safety, and compliance with house rules and property regulations
• Addresses tenant concerns promptly and coordinates with security to maintain a safe environment
• Develops and implements preventive maintenance programs for all machinery and equipment
• Schedules and monitors maintenance activities, ensuring compliance by third-party contractors
