Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam).
• At least 3 years of working experience in Property Management.
• Willing to work on-site.
• Amenable to work six (6) days a week.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily property operations to ensure equipment reliability, minimal downtime, and efficient utility usage within budgets.
• Conducts regular inspections of facilities and monitors equipment performance and operational conditions.
• Ensures cleanliness, safety, and compliance with house rules and property regulations.
• Addresses tenant concerns promptly and coordinates with security to maintain a safe environment.
• Develops and implements preventive maintenance programs for all machinery and equipment.
• Schedules and monitors maintenance activities, ensuring compliance by third-party contractors.
• Maintains operational readiness of building systems and ensures permits and contracts are up to date.
• Ensures availability of critical spare parts and maintenance resources.
• Manages vendor performance by setting and enforcing SLAs and KPIs.
• Leads fire safety initiatives, including implementation of safety standards and emergency procedures.
• Implements energy management programs to optimize consumption and track cost savings.
