Private Advertiser is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead fit-out, renovation, and facilities improvement projects from planning through handover. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to deliver on time and within budget.
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Facilities Management with 5–6 years of experience is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD is essential; PMP or
Lead and manage fit-out, renovation, refurbishment, and facilities improvement projects from planning and mobilization through completion and handover.
Develop and manage project budgets, cost estimates, schedules, manpower, procurement plans, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, building administration, and internal stakeholders.
Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, specifications, and construction documents to ensure compliance, quality, and constructability.
Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress, workmanship, materials, contractor performance, safety, and compliance with building codes and EHS requirements.
Manage project costs, variations, claims, procurement, risks, delays, and technical issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports, recommendations, issue escalation, and updates to management and stakeholders.
Maintain complete project documentation and oversee testing, commissioning, defect rectification, final inspection, project closeout, and turnover.
Identify opportunities for cost savings, operational efficiency, sustainability, energy efficiency, and improved facilities performance.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or a related field, with 5-6 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience managing fit-out, construction, renovation, or facilities projects, preferably in commercial, corporate, retail, or industrial environments.
Strong knowledge of architectural works, MEP systems, construction methods, building codes, permits, EHS requirements, and contractor management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD; PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
