Job summary

Jollibee Group in Cebu is seeking a Facilities Management Officer to lead the management of company facilities, utilities, and workplace services within a manufacturing environment. The role ensures safe, efficient operations and compliance with regulatory standards while supporting business continuity.

Responsibilities include overseeing buildings, utilities, preventive maintenance for HVAC, generators, fire protection, and security; supervising security, housekeeping, and admin services; and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in facilities/property management or related.
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, Genset, CCTV, FDAS, Fire Protection).
• Experience managing outsourced service providers and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations, maintenance, and upkeep of facilities and utilities.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Implement preventive maintenance for critical systems (HVAC, genset, fire protection).
• Supervise security, housekeeping, transport, waste management, reception, and admin services.
• Prepare facility budgets and asset lifecycle plans.
• Lead infrastructure improvement and capital investment initiatives.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, government agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement, sustainability, safety, and business continuity onsite.
