Job summary

Jollibee Worldwide Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Facilities Operations Lead to oversee maintenance, utilities, and support services within a manufacturing setting.

You will manage budgets, coordinate with contractors, and drive continuous improvement across the site. The role requires a technical engineering background with licenses, strong leadership, and extensive experience in facilities management, including HVAC, power, and safety systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer (or equivalent license).
• 3+ years of facilities management or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, maintenance, and grounds.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Manage preventive maintenance for critical equipment (HVAC, genset, fire protections, CCTV).
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and government agencies.
• Develop budgets and asset replacement plans; monitor expenditures.
• Lead facility improvement and capital expenditure projects.
• Drive sustainability and continuous improvement across site.
