Job summary

Jollibee Group seeks an experienced Plant Engineering Supervisor to oversee maintenance and engineering operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting. You will lead preventive maintenance, manage critical utilities, and drive efficiency improvements across sites.

The role requires a mechanical engineering degree, at least three years in manufacturing leadership, and strong skills in leadership, problem-solving, and communication. PRC license is a plus; exp.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a supervisory, specialist, or engineering leadership capacity.
• PRC Engineering License is an advantage.
• Strong background in Refrigeration systems, HVAC systems, Electrical power distribution, Steam systems, Water treatment and supply systems, Compressed air systems, Rotating equipment maintenance and operations.
• Experience in preventive maintenance management, project implementation, contractor coordination, and utility operations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and continuous improvement of preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment availability and reliability.
• Manage the operation and maintenance of refrigeration, compressed air, power, steam, water, and other utility systems.
• Monitor equipment performance, analyze downtime trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support troubleshooting activities and recommend system upgrades and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety; fire protection; and regulatory requirements.
• Lead engineering projects from planning and vendor evaluation through execution and completion.
• Conduct contractor and supplier assessments, bid evaluations, and project audits.
• Manage spare parts inventory, repair and maintenance expenses, and engineering budgets.
• Coordinate and prioritize engineering work orders to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Promote food safety, quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across engineering operations.
