Jollibee Group is seeking a Director of Engineering for Project Engineering Supply Chain Management in the Philippines. The role ensures effective, efficient, and sustainable execution of engineering operations to support multiple plants and utilities.

The Director sets strategic goals, develops maintenance systems, and drives innovations to optimize resources and ensure asset availability across large sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; PRC license preferred.
• Five+ years in manufacturing with similar capacity experience.
• Background in ammonia refrigeration, HVAC, power, water treatment, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant maintenance and utilities management across large sites.
• Develop and implement maintenance and TPM/AM/PM programs.
• Manage projects from feasibility to closing with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and food safety standards.
• Optimize utilities operation and sustainability initiatives.
• Develop Masterplans and drive continuous improvement in engineering operations.
