Job description

Job Title: Associate, Facilities

Facilities Engineer is responsible for overseeing overall site operation mainly focusing on critical equipment maintenance, compliance and process optimization. This role emphasizes implementing critical activity and ensuring business continuity, site safety and compliance to all regulatory requirement. Supervise the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of facilities, equipment, utilities and stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operation. Plan, schedule and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities to eliminate/minimize downtime and extend asset life. Knowledge in creating and implementing 52 week calendar Implement renovation projects, facility improvement, inspection and maintenance program. Implement and oversee maintenance services involving electrical, mechanical, auxiliary, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and general building repair. Manage and coordinate external contractors and vendors for maintenance services, capital projects, and material procurement. Ensure compliance with building codes, occupational health and safety regulations, environment standards and company policies. Monitor maintenance budget, control operating cost and recommend cost-efficient solutions for facility management Lead initiative to improve energy efficiency, waste reduction, workplace safety and operational effectiveness. Supervise, coach and develop maintenance staff (technician and housekeeping) to ensure quality workmanship, productivity and adherence to safety standard. Respond promptly to facility-related issues and implement corrective actions to minimize operational disruption. Responsible for maintaining the infrastructure and equipment of the site Implement Preventive and corrective maintenance of critical equipment Analyze and create processes for technical team Coordinate with building property management Helpdesk monitoring Conduct day to day audit to ensure site is always visit/audit ready
