Job summary

Jollibee Group is seeking an experienced Facilities Management Team Lead for a manufacturing site in Danao, Cebu. You will oversee maintenance, utilities, and support services to ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and safety.

The role requires a licensed engineer, 3+ years in facilities or property management, and strong leadership to coordinate contractors and cross-functional teams for site performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer, or equivalent license.
• At least three (3) years of relevant experience in facilities management or related functions.
• Strong background in facilities and property management, preventive maintenance management, and building systems management (ACU, Genset, CCTV, FDAS, Fire Protection).
• Experience managing outsourced service providers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Willing to be assigned onsite in Danao, Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and maintenance of facilities, utilities, buildings, and grounds.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, health, safety, and facility standards.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs for critical equipment and systems.
• Oversee workplace support services (housekeeping, security, transport, waste, reception, admin).
• Develop and monitor facility budgets, asset replacement plans, and expenditures.
• Lead facility improvement initiatives and capital expenditure projects.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to support operations and compliance.
• Drive sustainability, safety, and continuous improvement across the site.
