Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations across all company facilities in the Philippines. The role requires leading and mentoring a team, implementing efficient processes, and ensuring safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.

You will manage budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and coordinate with external vendors to complete maintenance projects on time.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience preferred.
Strong analytical, interpretive, and decision-making abilities.
Solid understanding of business operations and industry landscape.
Proven ability to mentor and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of all company facilities, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and proper maintenance.
Implement efficient facility management processes and best practices.
Lead and mentor a team of facility professionals with guidance and support.
Promote a culture of excellence, safety, and teamwork.
Develop and manage the facility budget, including cost control and expenditure tracking.
Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining standards.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
Negotiate contracts for cost-effective services.
Oversee safety protocols and regulatory compliance, including emergency preparedness.
