Job summary

2GO Group is seeking an experienced Facilities Engineer to oversee the maintenance and operation of our assigned facilities in the Philippines. You will implement preventive and corrective programs, inspect and troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.

The role requires 3–5 years in facilities maintenance, strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building management systems, and supervision of technicians and contractors. PRC license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 3–5 years of facilities maintenance or engineering maintenance experience.
• PRC license or applicable licensure is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and operation of assigned facilities and equipment.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.
• Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues and coordinate repairs.
• Supervise technicians, contractors and service providers to ensure quality and compliance.
• Manage facility assets, maintenance records and spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and statutory requirements.
