Job summary

2GO Group Inc. is seeking a seasoned Facilities Engineering Manager to lead day-to-day operations and maintenance of offices and warehouses in the Philippines.

You will drive efficiency, manage budgets, and coordinate repairs while ensuring compliance with safety standards and relevant codes. The role requires a Bachelor of Engineering (CE/EE/ME), 5–8 years in project or facility management, and an engineering license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering required; CE/EE/ME common degrees accepted.
• 5-8 years of experience in project and facility management or similar roles.
• Engineering license/PRC license is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and maintenance of assigned buildings or facilities.
• Coordinate repairs, manage vendor relationships, and ensure safety regulations are met.
• Develop project scope, budget, and schedule; monitor quality control throughout lifecycle.
• Maintain compliance with local and national codes and industry standards.
• Provide technical support and oversee maintenance programs and testing procedures.
