Job summary

TDC Group in the Philippines is seeking a maintenance technician to support building/facility operations. The role covers maintenance and repair of facilities, including HVAC equipment, pumps and motors, generator sets, compressors, UPS, and FDAS.

The successful candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and a strong team player, able to start ASAP and live in Pasay, Muntinlupa, Alabang or nearby areas.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Vocational/Diploma course/TESDA NCII holder in any related field
• At least 1 year of work experience in the building/facility/property management industry
• Proven experience in maintenance/repair of facilities, including HVAC equipment, pumps and motors, generator sets, compressors, UPS, and FDAS
• Analytical and detail-oriented
• Highly collaborative and a team player
• Result-driven
• Residing in Pasay/Muntinlupa, Alabang or nearby areas
• Can start ASAP
