Job summary

Sodexo On- Site Services Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee Service Desk, Mail Room, and on-site subcontractors. The role also involves coordinating room reservations, maintaining key and parking registers, and handling procurement records.

You will support the Facilities Manager, act as deputy when needed, manage time sheets, process vendor billings, and prepare reports for FM. Strong communication and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Background in facilities management or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Proficient with standard computer applications (MS Office).
• Familiarity with contract obligations and reporting.
• Experience with budgeting and operating expense monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Service Desk Officers, Mail Room Staff and sub-contractors (catering).
• Facilitate room reservation requests.
• Maintain key assignment register and facilitate key issuance requests.
• Manage car park register and coordinate with client and building management.
• Maintain procurement inventory and related records (consumption, etc.).
• Assist Facilities Manager and deputize in their absence.
• Function as documents controller for the department.
• Consolidate personnel time sheets and submit to HR on time.
• Process vendor’s monthly billings.
• Consolidate monthly sales report from food vendor and submit to FM.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and facilitate procurement.
• Participate in drills initiated by client/building administration.
• Perform other functions as deemed by the FM.
