Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in FM or related field.
• 5+ years in facilities or property management.
• Supervisory experience and stakeholder-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance programs.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Plan space utilization, occupancy-readiness, and layout changes based on business needs.
• Manage vendor contracts, procurement, and budget within approved policies.
• Coordinate occupancy activities with brokers, tenants, and landlords; support site visits and move-ins.
• Oversee emergency preparedness and business continuity for facility operations.
