MHI Investment Holdings Inc. is seeking a Property Manager to oversee both soft and hard facility services, ensuring smooth operations, tenant-ready spaces, and regulatory compliance.

The role includes safety and pollution control responsibilities, plus coordinating with brokers, tenants, and contractors to maintain a safe, efficient environment. Responsibilities include implementing maintenance programs, managing space allocation, budget oversight, vendor relations, and emergency preparedness

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in FM or related field.
• 5+ years in facilities or property management.
• Supervisory experience and stakeholder-facing work.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance programs.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Plan space utilization, occupancy-readiness, and layout changes based on business needs.
• Manage vendor contracts, procurement, and budget within approved policies.
• Coordinate occupancy activities with brokers, tenants, and landlords; support site visits and move-ins.
• Oversee emergency preparedness and business continuity for facility operations.
