Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Alabel, Sarangani seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and client facility management. You will drive reliability, safety, and efficiency while coordinating with vendors and internal teams to deliver world‑class facility solutions.

Candidates should hold an engineering degree with at least five years in facilities management, be comfortable leading a team, and able to work a rotating schedule, including weekends. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5+ years of facilities management experience.
• Experience handling both hard and soft services in a facilities context.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week including weekends/holidays.
• Able to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily facility operations, including building maintenance, repairs and preventive schedules.
• Oversee third-party vendors and contractors to meet contractual obligations and quality standards.
• Develop and manage operating budgets, including variance reporting and CAPEX planning.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security and environmental policies and local codes.
• Serve as primary contact for client and tenant service requests with timely, proactive communication.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to maintain property standards and identify improvements.
• Use CMMS or similar platforms to track work orders and analyze data.
• Lead and develop on-site teams to foster service excellence and efficiency.
