About the role

ZETA WORLD REALTY, INC. is looking for a Facilities Management Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our properties and facilities, ensuring that building systems and common areas remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily building maintenance and repair activities.
• Lead and monitor building maintenance staff and assigned service providers.
• Conduct regular inspections of building facilities, common areas, utilities, and equipment.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Coordinate corrective repairs and troubleshoot building-related issues.
• Monitor electrical, plumbing, mechanical, sanitary, and other building systems.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, utility providers, and other service personnel.
• Review maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of reported concerns.
• Maintain maintenance logs, inspection reports, work orders, and equipment records.
• Monitor maintenance materials, tools, and spare parts.

About you

• Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related technical course.
• With supervisory experience in building/property maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of building electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general maintenance work.
• Able to supervise technicians, maintenance personnel, and contractors.
• Good troubleshooting, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Willing to work on-site and respond to urgent maintenance concerns when required.
