Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Supervisory experience in building or facilities maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems.
• Ability to supervise technicians and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily building maintenance and repair activities.
• Lead maintenance staff and service providers.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and utilities.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules.
